Currently Shri M. P. Shah Medical College campus and hospitals are expanded in 63 acres of land. Which includes Hospital buildings, College buildings, Hostel buildings, staff quarters and ground. There are currently two main college buildings, one is old college building, and the other extension building was built in 2016 as per 250 seats NMC guidelines. There are two auditoriums, one in old building and another is in the new extension building on the 7th floor, with seating capacity of 450 and 650 respectively. 1st floor, 4th floor, and 6th floor of new college building have 2 lecture halls each with seating capacity of 304. Other areas in both the buildings include Dean Office and admin branches, departmental offices, libraries, laboratories, practical classrooms, etc.

There are total 9 UG boys' hostels with intake capacity of 847, 2 UG girls' hostels with intake capacity of 364. 1 intern hostel with intake capacity of 52, 1 new PG hostel with intake capacity of 480, houseman A and B with intake capacity of 162.

Medical campus staff quarters are classified in 8 types alphabetically, A to H, for class 1-4 staff. There are total 120 quarters of class 1-2, and 90 quarters of class 3-4 category inside campus. And 212 quarters of class 3-4 category outside medical campus.

The college and hospital are having 24*7 ATM, Tea Post, various canteens and Gym facilities.
